Please Note:

• If you are graduating in December, you will receive an official invitation to complete the survey on October 1st.
If you are graduating in May, you will receive an official invitation to complete the survey on March 1st. Your unit might ask you to complete the survey prior to October 1st/ March 1st as part of your graduation registration process.
